Our farm-sourced eggs come from the Valley Farm - a local supplier driven only by the highest standards and innovative farming practices. Try our classic egg breakfast, a Ham Scrambler or Cafe Omelet with cheddar cheese and your choice of bacon, ham or sausage, hash-brown casserole, and toast or biscuit and you won’t be disappointed!

We procure our bacon from the infamous Benton's Smoky Mountain Country Hams, proudly named after the original Bacon God and Ham Hero himself, Allan Benton. No need to travel to Italy to taste the best prosciutto! Benton's sizzling strips are made to order right here at Elvira's Cafe and pair well with most of our menu items - breakfast and lunch alike. Why? Because bacon makes everything better!

Ever heard of Swaggerty Farm Sausage? Their sliced premium sausage patties made with 100% fresh pork according to the original 1930s recipe are admittedly our guests’ favorite breakfast item. Especially in the form of our delicious Biscuits and Gravy - two large freshly baked biscuits covered in our home-made sausage gravy and served with two eggs cooked to the full order. Yum!

Buckwheat Crepe is our top signature breakfast item loved by so many, it’s hard to count! What sets our crepes apart, is the flour. We purchase buckwheat flour from The Old Mill General Store located in our own back yard, in Pigeon Forge, TN. Every day, their millers grind grains into meal using century-old tools and techniques, bringing tradition straight to your table.
